NOW THEREFORE, I, Mayor Rob Ford, on behalf of Toronto City
Council, do hereby proclaim August 1 – 7, 2011 as "Rugby Week in
Toronto" and encourage everyone to participate in events that will
promote and support Rugby Canada.
With those words, the Mayor of Toronto officially kicked off Rugby Week 2011 in Toronto, which will be filled with events and games, and will
create a significant lasting impression on the city
